Refund policy

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue including the package BEFORE you opened it. We'll work quickly to make it right.

If your order is eligible, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A repair (when applicable)
  • A refund

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect personalization submitted by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
