DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an order in October for my daughter’s 21st birthday Nov 4th and have yet to receive the product to this day!! I haven’t received messaged the person multiple times, receiving 1 response around thanksgiving stating they were sorry. I was told the product was lost and they would be shipping another on the next day. I have still yet to receive the product like I said or any tracking information or response. I have also requested a refund after much attempted follow up. Sad this was something my daughter still asks about and that payment was received right way by the seller but it is taking this long for the product/response. I wouldn’t normally do this but I am trying to save others from the same headache. It is NOT Etsy itself, I have ordered here before without any issues.
